Trigger Video by Audio

Today, photos can be triggered to be taken by loud audio (for example, a rocket launch). It would be great if there were a mode that did the following: Upon loud audio, send a signal to wake up the camera (shutter release) 5 seconds later, send a signal to begin video (shutter release again) in a user definable number of minutes, send a signal to stop video
